2005

We spin off from GE, taking our global expertise to more companies and doubling down on finance and accounting

2007

We list on the NYSE with 26,500 employees in 9 countries. Process, analytics, technology, and operations are at our core

2011

Having launched our Smart Enterprise Processes methodology, we extend our BPaaS solutions across industries

2015

We introduce clients to our Lean Digital approach, combining our lean six sigma DNA with innovative digital capabilities

2017

We unveil Genpact Cora, our AI-based digital business platform, and acquire automation and AI specialist, Rage Frameworks

2018

Our supply chain expertise expands by acquiring Barkawi. And we launch Genome, our collective intelligence learning platform

2019

The acquisition of digital consultancy Rightpoint underscores our commitment to redefining the experience economy
