Our focus on consolidation and standardization of Learning Platforms reduces training costs and increases reusability of the aggregated knowledge and media. Client Successes Genpact deployed a consolidated Global Training Development Team and created state-of-the-art blended learning solutions for a major automaker. To achieve consolidation and meet business goals for improved ROI, it leveraged new learning technologies. Genpact also deployed six Onsite Learning Specialists and 21 Offshore Developers to address an equal number of different languages.
