A Message from CEO BK Kalra

At Genpact, we are committed to providing our employees with a secure and healthy working environment and our clients with transformational services delivered with integrity and a commitment to compliance.

With the Ethics Helpline, our goal is to provide our employees and others a reliable, confidential, and anonymous communication channel to report violations of Genpact’s company policies or standards.

The Helpline is a supplement to, rather than a replacement of, other lines of communication. We encourage you to feel comfortable approaching your supervisor or management in instances where you believe violations of policies or standards have occurred.

Our Non-Retaliation Policy prohibits retaliation for any concern raised in good faith or participation in any investigation. Thank you for your role in our shared commitment to acting with integrity in all we do.
