Heather White

Heather White is Chief Legal Officer at Genpact.

In this role, she leads all legal, compliance, and corporate governance functions for Genpact. She brings more than 20 years of broad legal experience to the company. Heather is also the global leader of Corporate Responsibility and Diversity, Equity, and Inclusion at Genpact.

Heather joined Genpact in 2005 and served as deputy general counsel until 2018. She has played key leadership roles in many strategic transactions at Genpact, including the company’s initial public offering, numerous acquisitions, large deals, and treasury matters.

Prior to joining Genpact, Heather was a member of the corporate department at the law firm of Paul, Weiss, Rifkind, Wharton and Garrison LLP, serving clients out of their New York and London offices.

Heather holds a juris doctor degree from New York University School of Law and a bachelor’s degree in English from Cornell University.
