Germany talent program
Supply chain consulting experience for master's degree students, interns, and student assistants
Genpact has run a successful three-pillar student program on our European supply chain team for many years. You can join us for your master's thesis, or as an intern, or student assistant. Students are full members of the team. Whichever role you're in, you'll be coached by a mentor, have the chance to attend employee training, and have access to our comprehensive learning platform.
We are passionate about working with students on innovative and exciting supply chain management and after-sales projects. Our program is a great chance to get a taste of consulting and is often the stepping-stone to a fast-tracked consulting career. For us, the program is an excellent way to find new talent.
We encourage our students to work together with us in our Munich office, but remote working is also possible.
