Ed Fitzpatrick, CFO Forum Leader, Genpact
Ed brings extensive experience working with chief financial officers and other C-suite executives to tackle emerging areas of transformation in finance, leveraging Genpact's deep domain knowledge and technological expertise. Currently, Ed is focused on leading the CFO Forum for Genpact, a quarterly roundtable program designed to assist CFOs in addressing the most pressing business issues affecting their organizations and companies. Before his current position, Ed held the role of chief financial officer at Genpact for 7 years, and at Motorola/Motorola Solutions for 5 years. Additionally, Ed has been a member of the board at Cboe Global Markets (Cboe) for over a decade, serving on various committees including compensation (Chair), risk, and executive, and previously as the Chair of the audit committee, as well as a member of the finance and strategy committees.

Dr. Alfred Sanders, CFO Forum Program Leader, Genpact
Alfred is the Program Leader for the CFO Forum, where he oversees events, thought leadership, and relationship management. As a partner in Genpact's CFO consulting practice, he spearheads design and execution of corporate and finance organizational, process improvement, and automation programs. He is instrumental in helping Genpact's clients in achieving operational excellence, strategic alignment, and a competitive advantage. Alfred's vast experience spans partner and managing director roles in the consulting industry, CFO and head of financial operations roles in the financial services sector, and teaching positions at the clinical professor level in various MBA programs. A CPA with a doctorate in finance, Alfred has presented at over 40 industry conferences and authored articles on finance, taxation, and economics.
